Who do you want working on your home or business project? The person who’s going to cut corners and has no investment in your project; or the person who’s spent his entire life in the area, knows the people, and wants to make a positive impact in his community that will benefit multiple generations? (I mean, is there even a question here?) Of course you would pick the second option! And that’s who Christopher Epps is.
Born and raised in the lowcountry, Christopher knows the area. His daughter is the fifth generation of his family raised in the lowcountry. He attended grade school in Bluffton. He graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture as well as a Masters in Architecture), and he has taught multiple architectural courses at Technical College of the Lowcountry. He knows the people. He meets clients where they are at: their dreams, their needs, and their financial situations. And call him crazy, but he thinks that focusing on people rather than the bottom line makes for a better business model. Quality over quantity.
As for actual job experience, Christopher has worked almost every construction and architectural position available, from laying foundations to curating the finishing touches on residential homes and commercial buildings. Starting at the most entry-level job possible, he moved his way through the ranks to become Junior Architect for Ludtke & Vaccaro Architects, LLC, to now Principal Architect of his own firm. He’s not afraid of hard work, and he knows what it takes to get the job done right.
